During use of the website, TCC may install cookies as per market practice. The utilization of cookies is to track a user’s activity within TCC site as well as record the IP address of each visitor to the site. A cookie is a small data file that is stored on ones computer. A cookie contains a unique identifying feature that allows TCC to recognize a visitor who returns to TCC website.

 

The recorded IP address tells us which domain the visitor is from (for instance gmail.com), but not the email address of the visitor or other private or personal information. These records will help TCC to diagnose the problem with servers – if any, to administer this website more effectively, and to gather board demographic information about what countries and domains the visitors hail from and their behavior on the site. TCC will store the visitor’s name, mobile, email, postal address, IP address, network id, personal details so as to process for enquiry and admission and other due processes.

 

By enrolling in TCC courses, with the applicant’s consent, TCC will share your name, address and mobile number with postage and courier, if the service is required. TCC does not share an applicant’s bank details or any such confidential information with others. By applying for the TCC course online, the applicant’s consent to receive SMS, call, WhatsApp, email, electronic or other means of communication from us, our coordinator, or our third-party service providers. TCC uses RAZORPAY payment gateway for secured transaction and data processing as per the policy of respective payment gateway.

 

Please refer to the RAZORPAY website for more information. Course participants details shall be shared/ stored/ transmitted with partners (Martin Luther Christian University), for processing assignments, dispatch of course materials, certificate processing and award of certificate etc.,

 

We do not sell a participant’s details or contact information to any party. Failing to qualify the academic requirements (skipping the video, failing to submit the assignments within the due date, failing to finish the course within the due date) can lead to permanent disqualification and non-issuance of certificate without any refund. Course Participant’s name, course details, photo of convocation, feedback video will be premiered on website, social media, TCC YouTube channel etc., to promote TCC courses and services.
