Cancellation & Refund policy

 

As a policy, other than expectations mentioned below The Counsellor’s Consortium does not issue a refund once a payment for any of its services has been made. In case a course participant is unable to attend the registered online course that was paid for, the participant may attend the balance part by attending the same course when it is scheduled in a later batch after securing due permission from the course coordinator. If the batch is unable to accommodate a person who has enrolled due to lack of a vacancy, a full refund will be initiated within 5 working days, A full refund will be initiated in case of passing away or terminal illness of the student before the completion of the course.

 

In case of any grievance, a course participant may send a mail to tcc2024edu@gmail.com and contact the coordinator. In a rare situation If a course participant needs leave of absence in any of zoom sessions where presence is required, the a mail may be sent to tcc2024edu@gmail.com.

 

Ordinarily, there will be no reschedulin Exceptional refunds are offered only for any duplicate payments and when slots are overbooked. For overbooked refunds, refunds will be initiated within 2 - 3 working days of the payment. For duplicate payment refunds will be reinitiated within 5 -7 working days and provide the applicant’s refund transaction ID.

 

A refund amount will be sent within 15 working days in such a situation. The decision on the refund will be made by the Course coordinating team of TCC and it shall be final. Students may upgrade to a higher course within the limited time with prior approval of the coordinator and fee will of the higher course prevalent at the time of upgrade will be considered. Failing to finish the videos and submitting the assignments will lead to disqualification and non issuance of certificate with no refund.

 

Except for failing due to terminal illness, loss of immediate family member, pregnancy; in such cases, the participant will be allotted to the next batch to complete the course. Shipping charges directly related to the course are included in the fee. If the product is damaged or not in a usable condition, the same will be replaced within the time specified. In the extreme event if we are unable to service the order, we will refund the money by bank transfer
